Email   Do not use this method of contact if wishing to book an appointment within 48 hours--phone me instead as sometimes it can be a number of hours before I check my email and the delay may too great to get the appointment set. My email form is below.

If I am unable to answer in person my voice mail accepts messages, though you'll want to listen to the message to ensure it isn't giving you a redirect. I use a digital voice mail system that is accessible only by me so it's very confidential.

Text Messaging   I do not use text messaging. I don't read it, I don't reply to it. I simply delete it. It is my choice to keep technology from overrunning my life.
